When this scene was seen, the father panicked and immediately filed a complaint with the sector-49 police station. Father’s plea – “Sir, it will do it for two years”, said the father of the victim student: “Sir, I suspect he had to do it with my son for two years. Please take strictly against him.” After this appeal, police arrested the accused Shubham Saxena immediately. A fir was filed against him in the various divisions and the investigation into the case is underway. The second such incident in Noida, the special school, was also accused, the case is a second major incident in Noida in which disabled children were tortured. On March 29, the news of assault and physical harassment was unveiled with a 10 -year -old special student studying in a private school in Noida. In this case, four people have taken action, including the principal, vice principal and a teacher. The school is sealed as soon as it is found illegally. These incidents, which are constantly in circle of questions, raised serious questions about the responsibility of administration and society regarding the safety and care of disabled students. Noida police say the accused is being questioned, and if any other cases arise during this time, a case will be registered in more strict divisions against him.
