Services on Metro Line 3 have been reduced, the Metro operator said with reference to ‘technical problems’, with trains working only up to Worli station instead of Acharya Atre Chowk. “Due to an unforeseen technical problem, train services on Metro Line-3 are temporarily reduced and will only work up to Worli station instead of Acharya Atre Chowk. We are sincerely regretted the inconvenience caused,” it said. The MMRC, in a statement, said: “Due to the sudden and intense rainfall today, the water soap was reported at the under-construction entrance/ exit structure of Acharya Atrey Chowk station along Dr Annie. As a precaution and to ensure passenger safety, train services between Worli and Acharya Atrey Chowk were temporarily suspended, the agency said.
