NEIDA: The process of giving residential plots to farmers has ensured the authority that he has caught 31,38 hectares of land
Noida, April 26 (IANS). To give residential plots to farmers in Village Begumpur, Sector 145 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the Noida Authority completed the work of marking, measurement and pillar at 31,3828 hectares of land. Meanwhile, senior officers from the Noida Authority and the Police Department were a large number of police forces. Notices were issued on November 7, 2007 and March 17, 2008 under sections 4/17 and 6/17 of the Land Procurement Act on a total of 108.223 hectares of country of Village Begumpur. However, on February 18, 2008, the Supreme Court accepted the residence order. After the postponement, 7,559 hectares of land were captured on June 17, 2008 and the remaining 100,664 hectares of land were taken on June 15, 2013. The awards were declared on January 12, 2011 and December 13, 2013. Hearing the written petitions submitted by some farmers, the Supreme Court accepted an order on September 13, 2019 that the remuneration was paid on the terms. Noida Authority and some farmers disputed the order in the Supreme Court, but on May 9, 2022, the Supreme Court confirmed the High Court’s decision. Thereafter, the reconsideration petition was also canceled on November 2, 2022. On May 17, 2023, the Supreme Court made it clear that the Supreme Court order would be in effect. In accordance with these orders, new awards were declared on 28 January 2023 by the additional district magistrate (land procurement) and on July 19, 2024 for Collector Land Acquisition, Gautam Budh Nagar. The Noida Authority has again clarified that no adjournment order of any court is currently in effect on the land of Village Begumpur.
