Four officers were admitted to the trial period in IAS, the congress president raised questions

According to the notice issued by the Department of Staff and Training, four officers selected from other services were included in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) on August 8. This new list contains the names of Dr. Nitish Sharma, Amita Sharma, Narendra Kumar Manghani and Naresh Kumar Goyal. All officers were selected from the general category. The administration said that the selection process was done completely under legal and rules. The four officers were included in IAS at the trial period based on their experience and service records. This step was taken with the aim of further strengthening the administrative structure of the state. However, this selection process was questioned by the President of the State Congress, Govind Singh Dotasara. Dotasara said that this choice does not meet the standards of transparency and fairness. He demanded from the administration that this process should be investigated, and if there is any form of irregularity, the culprits must be done. Govind Singh Dotasara said that the appointment of officers joining IAS should only be based on merit and experience. He also warned that if there was any kind of partisan activity in choosing the general category, it would be seriously seen. Experts believe that the officials participating in the trial period play an important role in the administrative work of the state. Therefore, it is very important to maintain complete transparency and fairness in the selection process. He said that the questioning of the selection process by political leaders is part of the democratic process and ensures that there is no irregularity in administrative decisions. The Department of Staff and Training said that all phases of the selection process were done according to rules and standards. The department made clear that the four officers were selected based on their experience, efficiency and service records. In addition, the department said that all necessary documents and procedures were completed in a completely legitimate way. In the midst of the controversy, the administration has assured that the four officials will play an important role in strengthening the state’s administrative structure during their term of office. He also said that there is no irregularity or prejudice in the selection process and that it was done in a completely transparent way. The matter became a matter of discussion at the political as well as administrative level. It is yet to be seen how the government and the relevant departments handle this dispute and whether this selection process is further reviewed. Share this story -tags
