The Punjab High Court and Haryana issued orders for the transfer of 132 civil judges and new appointments in an administrative reform. Several officers, including Suresh Kumar Goyal, were transferred. Some have been promoted while a voluntary transfer requests of some have been accepted. Rajwant Kaur was transferred from Kapurthala to Pathankot, and Gurkirpal Singh Sekhon to Bathinda from Sangrur. Mansa Chief Law Magistrate Gurjit Kaur Dhillon was sent to Fatehgarh Sahib. Himanshi Galhotra was transferred from Rupnagar to Fazilka and appointed there as Chief Law Magistrate. Hem Amrit Mahi was sent from Fazilka to Gurdaspur, and Ramneet Kaur from Gurdaspur to Malerkotla, where she will take over under the establishment of the new court. Ajay Mittal was sent from Barnala to Fazilka. Amandeep Kaur-II was transferred from Sri Anandpur Sahib to Rupnagar and was appointed as the secretary of Civil Judge (Senior Division) and the District Legal Services Authority. Many officers were promoted to the positions of civil judge (senior division), Chief Law Magistrate and Secretary of the District Law Services Authority.
