Female employee molest

There was a stir at the headquarters of the Social Welfare Department in Gomtinagar, Lucknow when an outsourcing female employee who works in the department complained directly to the Departmental Minister Asim Arun and accused the minister’s private secretary of molestation. The case took the case seriously, the minister immediately called Gomtinagar police on the spot and arrested the accused secretary. According to the information, the victim has been working under the outsourcing in the Department of Social Welfare over the past few years. The victim claims that Jai Kishan Singh, a private secretary of the minister placed in the same department, molested her obscenity and molestation. When he opposed it, the accused even threatened to remove him from his work. The female employee, hurt by this act, showed courage and gave complete information about the case to the Departmental Minister Asema Arun and also handed him a written complaint. Minister Asema Arun, who was previously an IPS officer and is known for sensitive matters serious, took this complaint into account immediately. He called the GomTinagar police station and called the police and instructed to arrest the accused Jai Kishan Singh based on the victim’s complaint. Police acted immediately and arrested the accused and began questioning. The department was raised as soon as the case was received. There was an atmosphere of discussion among the employees and many female employees appreciated this quick and difficult step of the minister. A senior department official said on condition of anonymity that “the readiness and sensitivity of the Minister is commendable. It also sent a message to other employees that if someone is wrong with someone, he will get right.” According to GomTinagar police, a case is at the same time registered in the relevant divisions on the basis of the victim’s Tahrir and the accused is being questioned. Further legal action will be taken after investigation.
