After retirement, the incredible initiative of a retired military officer in the field of social service raised a pile of hope in the lives of dozens of children. Savitribai Phule Pathshala founded by Colonel Rajesh Bhukar and Santosh Sainin, founder of Shurya Seva Sansthan, became a center of education, shelter and honor for the underprivileged children, still considered from the mainstream of society. Through this school, not only education is provided to economic and socially backward children, but also the basic needs, such as their food, clothing, hygiene and identity cards. The special performance of this campaign is to make Aadhaar cards for children living in slums and connecting them to the government schemes. Currently, more than 50 children are studying in this school regularly. In another initiative, 11 children were recently admitted to Gyanandeep Senior Secondary School in terms of the Rights to Education Act (RTE) so that they can continue their higher education. Colonel Rajesh Bhukar not only devotes his time and resource institution, but he has also improved the school grounds infrastructure. Initially, children had to study under the tent, but today they have tin sheds, toilets, strong floors and furniture available for seating. Santosh Saini, the founder of Shaurya Seva Santhan, erected this NGO in 2009 for the purpose of doing female empowerment, child education and animal welfare. This organization is working on many social fronts these days and its impact is constantly increasing with the cooperation of dedicated people like Colonel Rajesh. This initiative not only became the medium of education, but it also creates confidence and self -respect in the lives of these children. It would not be wrong to say that a small start has now moved to a major change in society. Share this story -tags
