AMG Media Networks increased their stake in NDTV to 64.71 percent

AMG Media Networks Limited (AMNL) won the 27.26 percent stake in NDTV through its indirect subsidiary RRPR of Radhika Roy and Prannoy Roy, which led to Amnl having a controlled stake of 64.71 percent in NDTV. The Roy family has a 5 percent stake in NDTV, a welcome appearance in the new chapter of NDTV.
