The controversy began after ten days of marriage during a honeymoon in Kashmir. The girl said through her husband that he liked another girl. He gets married under the pressure of a family member. After this, there was a dispute in both in Kashmir. In less than a month, the girl came to her house. Even after a few months of effort, when both families disagreed, the woman filed a case with the female police station and accused her husband of harassment, assault and trying to make unnatural relations. After Btech, the girl, a Greater Noida resident, married a BTech Youth, a resident of the Kavinagar police station in a prestigious banquet hall in the city in November last year. Both work in different businesses. The girl’s father spent about Rs 50 Lakh in the wedding. After 10 days of marriage, the couple left for Kashmir to honeymoon. There, the man told him that he loved another girl and wanted to marry her, but he was married under the pressure of a family member. The woman claims she started assaulting her when she protested. The man tried to make unnatural relationships. He tortured spiritually and physically on protest action. The situation worsened after returning from the honeymoon. The woman claims to have been tortured for dowry in her home in the house. The in -laws side demanded Rs 21 Lakh cash and a scorpion vehicle. When the question was not met, he was humiliated and expelled from the home. In the last days of November, the father -in -law tried to rape her when the girl was alone in her in -laws’ house. Somehow he saved himself from the accused. This incident broke it completely. Because of fear and insult, she left her immediately in -laws and returned to her maternal home. Swamjan tried to negotiate, but the in -laws did not go any further. After this, when the girl herself went to her in -laws, she was not allowed to enter the house. Since the first week of December, the girl has come to her mother’s home. After that, there were a reconciliation efforts several times, but could not succeed. The victim upset a case against four in -laws, including her husband, in the female police station. According to police, the case is being investigated by registering a case based on the complaint.
