Kunal Kamra's great relief to call Eknath Shinde 'Traitor'

The Bombay High Court gave protection against the arrest to the Deputy Chief Minister of the State, Eknath Shinde, to sing satirical songs on the Deputy Head Minister of the State, Eknath Shinde. No criminal action can be taken against him over the fir filed against Kamra. The court accepted their petition to cancel the fir. Likewise, it was also made clear that Kamra would not be arrested until the petition is pending. But Kamra’s investigation in this case could continue. The court also said that if the investigative agency wants to record the statement of Kunal Kamra, he must question himself with the help of local police in Chennai. The court also said that if the charge sheet is submitted during this petition, the court (trial court) will not act during this petition against Kamra. The Bombay High Court on April 16 gave Kamra protection against arrest until the verdict came. Earlier until April 17, the Madras High Court extended the interim security due to the arrest of Kamra. Kamra said in her petition that she is a resident of Tamil Nadu and is afraid to come to Maharashtra because she is constantly threatening to kill her after the show. The court gave Mumbai police permission to go to Chennai and question him. A fir was filed against Kamra for calling Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde a ‘traitor’ during a show in Mumbai. The place where the show was held was also vandalized by the workers of Shinde Group. During this show, Kamra copied a song from the movie ‘Dil to Pagal Hai’ and called Shinde a ‘traitor’.
