Kim Kardashian to testify in the trial about 2016 robbery that targeted her in Paris

Los Angeles [US]April 18 (Ani): Reality -TV -star Kim Kardashian will personally testify during an upcoming hearing on a 2016 robbery in Paris in which ‘armed robbers allegedly tied her up and closed her in a bathroom while stealing millions of dollars of jewelry.’ The update was shared by her lawyer, reports the Hollywood Reporter. Ten suspects accused of armed robbery, kidnapping or other criminal charges will be heard in Paris from April 28 to May 23. The robbery in October 2016 took place in an apartment in Paris where Kardashian stayed for Paris fashion week. Kardashian previously talked about the traumatic experience, including during an episode of her reality TV series ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ in 2017. “Through the door, I saw two people arrive, plus the nightman who was tied up,” she recalls, as cited by People Magazine. “They dragged me to the hallway on top of the stairs,” Kardashian says, adding, “that’s when I saw the gun clearly, like a day. I looked at the gun and looked back at the stairs.” When she thought about her moment of fear, she added: “I had a second second to decide-I was trying to think that?” The robbery was widely reported at the time, with many people speculating on how the thieves managed to access Kardashian’s apartment.
