Discussion on Economic Crisis, including Foreign Policy in Session: Rajiv Shukla

Ahmedabad, April 8 (IANS). The two -day meeting of the Central Executive Committee (CWC) of the Congress Party began on Tuesday regarding the upcoming elections in Bihar and Gujarat. The party’s election strategy and future steps are discussed in depth in the meeting. Congress leader Rajiv Shukla said after the meeting on Tuesday that all important topics of the party were discussed at the meeting, including economic, political and organizational matters. Rajiv Shukla said the party discussed different topics during the meeting. Foreign policies, political situation and the current economic crisis have been discussed. He said economic changes due to US rates were also discussed in detail. In addition, possible changes to improve the party organization have also been considered. He said that a separate resolution was also remembered about Gujarat, in which the contribution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was remembered. The party accepted a resolution on the contribution of Sardar Patel and it was decided that the party would place full power to strengthen its position in Gujarat. He said that Congress, chaired by Sardar Patel, worked for 24 years and gave the importance of his contribution, the party would dispute the upcoming election in Gujarat.
