The Delhi Congress held the third and final phase of the meeting of the District Congress Committee Presidents to empower his organization at the District Level at Indira Bhavan in New -Delhi on Friday. In this meeting, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, leader of opposition to Lok Sabha Rahul Gahi, organization Secretary KC senior leaders, including Venugopal, hampered the proposals of the district presidents.
