Cyber thugs in Noida cheated on 2.89 crores of the retired professor by pretending to be a profitable stock market

In Noida, Uttar Pradesh, cyber criminals carried out a fraud of crores of a retired professor by attracting the 30 percent profit in the stock market. Police notified the case on Thursday and registered a case at Cyber Crime Police Station and started investigating. Thugs implied the victim through WhatsApp. According to police, retired Professor Ramakrishna Shivpuri, who lives in Sector-36 Noida, received a suspicious message about WhatsApp on April 1. He then received a call in which the caller called his name Kirti Saraf and expressed confidence by calling himself the fund manager of Kolkata -based “Abot Wealth Management Company”. This thug with the names Kirti Saraf, with a profit of 30 percent, assured Ramakrishna Shivpuri that he earned 30 percent profit in the stock market and celebrated for investment. The thugs gave no chance to break this trust and caught the professor in their trap. Ramakrishna Shivpuri invested a total of Rs 2.89 crore to the thugs by cheating a total of Rs 2.89 crore. Later, when he realized the fraud, he immediately filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime police station. Police investigation is ongoing, Deputy Commissioner of Police (cybercrime) Preeti Yadav said the case is being investigated in depth. The Cyber Crime team started investigating the various numbers and accounts so that the culprits could be reached. The need to be careful with cyber fraud is once again a warning that investment should be taken care of and that no unknown person or organization should be trusted without investigation.
