Convert Mumbai Raj Bhavan into Shivaji Maharaj's memorial and transfer the governor elsewhere
SHIV SENA (UDDHAV BALASAHEB THACKERAY) Head Uddhav Thackeray Wednesday (April 16) asked the Maharashtra government to transfer the governor to another place. Uddhav, during the public meeting of his party in Nashik, Maharashtra, suggested that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members in the state should be transferred to Governor CP Radhakrishnan and the ‘Raj Bhavan’ campus in Mumbai should convert to the Raj Bhavan’s monument. Uddhav also said that he did not leave the ideology of Hindutva, but that the ‘Hindutva’ of his former ally BJP is not acceptable to him. Uddhav Thackeray said, “I broke ties with BJP, but I will not leave Hindutva, even if I die.” Thackeray, who separated from the Saffron Party in the year 2019, said the BJP could not reach the position without the undivided Shiv Sena where it could build a Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. He said the BJP spread a false story that left the SHIV Sena (UBT) Hindutva. He said that Muslims supported his party just because he treated everyone as chief minister. Share this story -tags
