The first indicator is the fiscal independence of each region. Here there is high, medium and low fiscal independence,” Rifqinizamy said at a meeting in the Indonesian Parliament Building, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (29/4/2025). One of them is the transfer of honorary staff status to become a government employee with a work agreement (PPPK). “As for staff and bureaucracy in the area, one of the issues how we can ‘complete our homework’ is related to honor in Indonesia, which if we still leave different homework in different places, because we have to rectify every APBD, especially employees,” he said.
