Chhattisgarh: CBI has arrested six people, including three doctors

New -delhi, July 1 (IANS). The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested three doctors and three others on charges of helping a favorable inspection report instead of bribery. A case has been registered against the officials of Rawalpura Sarkar Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, for the manipulation of bribes to manipulate the statutory inspection process arranged for the recognition of the medical college. The alleged nominated judge gave favorable reports to various medical colleges in exchange for bribery. The CBI acted on the information of the Rawalpura Government Institute officials who gave a favorable report to the evaluations appointed for inspection, and laid a trap and arrested six persons while doing the bribe. The arrested accused will be produced before the courts in the various places. The accused allegedly used different methods to manipulate the process by illegally influencing the inspection doctors. The CBI is looking for more than 40 places in Karnataka, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh.
