Al -shehri noted that the applications of “Sayya”, which are used for the third Hajj season this year, facilitate the work of officials and security agencies and provide quality services to pilgrims. He gave an example of the “Basir” application, which is useful in monitoring and crowd management, and the ‘ihsan’ application to provide services to Rahman’s guests, in addition to the service to collect sacrifices and direct it to those entitled to the same application.
