Signature Global Buy land of 48 hectares at Gurugram for £ 1.070 CR in FY25 to build housing projects

New -delhi, April 18 (PTI) Realty Firm Signature Global acquired land for £ 1.070 crore in Gurugram during the last fiscal 48 hectares of land to develop residential projects as part of its strategy to expand matters amid strong consumer demand. The company bought 47.71 hectares of land in various Gurugram sectors (Haryana) at a total cost of £ 1,069.31 crore. It bought 16.16 hectares in sector 71 for £ 283.09 crore, 25.62 hectares in sector 37d for £ 670.15 crore and 5.94 hectares in sector 88A for £ 116.07, Signature Global said. Pradeep Aggarwal, founder and chairman, Signature Global (India) Ltd., said: “We are still committed to building a strong pipeline of future projects. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we constantly complement our Land Bank and surrounding areas to match our growing sale.” This balanced approach ensures that land acquisition and project development go hand in hand, he told Pti. Aggarwal said the acquisition of land enables the company to maintain scale with confidence on scale. “In essence, we continue to launch new projects as we actively complement our country reserves to support our continued expansion,” he added. Earlier this month, Gurugram-based Signature Global informed that sales discussions rose by 42 percent to a record £ 10,290 crore in the financial year of 2024-25 of £ 7,270 in the previous fiscal. This is one of very few players who achieves more than £ 10,000 buying bookings across the country annually. Aggarwal said the company achieved its highest pre-sales and exceeded the annual guidance of £ 10,000 for the fiscal 2024-25. “Our ability to predict market trends, start timely projects in high-potential micro-markets and deliver value on the premium and middle-income segments continuously, was central to this growth,” he said. On the other operational parameters, Signature Global Record achieved annual collections of £ 4,380 crore from customers, which was an annual increase of 41 percent. The company’s average sales realization also improved to £ 12,457 per square meter in FY25 of £ 11,762 in the previous financial year.
