Grab some light weights suitable for you. Throw in a few sets of bicep curls during walking to activate those muscles in your arms.

You can start by loosening up your shoulder joints and muscles with arm circles. While walking, extend your arms straight out to your sides and make small circles. Gradually increase the size of the circles.
