Question after discussion in recruiting teachers at the University of Punjab

A petition in the Punjab-Haryana High Court was filed by Punjab University (University of Punjab) to cancel the advertisements for recruiting teachers issued in 2023-24. The requesters claim that advertisements do not follow the Central Educational Institute (Reserve) 2019 Act and violate the constitutional rights of reserved classes, including OBCs.
