Bloody conflict due to land dispute in the Bhedri village Bhojpur, one brother dies, injures another

A painful incident came to light on Thursday (July 24, 2025) in the Bhedri village IRE police station in the Bhojpur district. A brother died in a bloody battle over a land dispute, while his younger brother was seriously injured. The deceased was identified as Bhagwan Singh (42 years), while his younger brother Dadan Singh (40 years) was admitted to a private hospital in macaws in a critical condition. Dadan Singh is doing treatment and his condition is currently described as critical. According to the incident, there was an old dispute between the two brothers and other families across the country. On Thursday night, the dispute increased so that the quarrel between the two parties became a bloody conflict. During this fight, Bhagwan Singh was seriously injured, who died before reaching the hospital. Police reached the place and began investigating the case and claimed to have identified and arrested the accused soon. The local administration deployed additional police forces to maintain peace. This incident raised the area and there is an atmosphere of fear among the residents. The family of the deceased is assured to provide all possible assistance through the administration. Soil disputes in Tadpur have often caused violent incidents, increasing social tension.
