BJP's only election promise to say about taking Pok: Umang Singhar

Bhopal, April 29 (IANS). There is an atmosphere of anger and mourning all over the country after the death of 26 people in a terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. This incident again gave a wind to the tension between India and Pakistan. On this, the leader of the opposition in the Madhya Pradesh meeting Umang Singhar said that when the country is attacked, it is the central government’s responsibility to strengthen the internal security and give the country of safety. Umang Singhar said that the decision made by the government of India to stop Pakistan’s water could be a symbolic step, but the real question is when terrorism will end. He said that there were several terrorist attacks from 2014 to 2024, which the government did not respond adequately. He raised the question that when terrorists occurred during the UPA government, the BJP leaders criticized the central government and claimed that the central government belonged to the responsibility of safety. If the same people are in power, avoid questions. Singhar said that after running the government for ten years in the center, Prime Minister Modi misses the internal security, it is surprising. He also said that war is not a permanent solution to any problem and that such decisions should be made very thoughtfully. He also raised the question that the BJP is talking about the withdrawal of the Pok (Pakistan occupied Kashmir), but is it really possible or has only become an election promise. He said that if there is so much courage in the BJP, it should show that it is able to take concrete action, not just announcements. -Ians PSM/CBT Share this story Tags
