BJP delegation met the Governor of Jharkhand, demands the dismissal of the Minister of Minority Welfare

The delegation led by the Jharkhand Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president and opposition leader of the opposition, Babulal Marandi, met Governor Santosh Gangwar and filed a memorandum in which he demanded that the minority of Kalyan Hafeezul Hasan Ansari. The delegation expressed concern that the Jhark hand was being sponsored by a constitutional crisis sponsored by the state government. The delegation claims that the ministers who have taken an oath of Constitution and hold the post violate the criteria of the Constitution. The memorandum says that Mr. Hasan Ansari allegedly said he was holding the Qur’an in his heart and the Constitution in his hands. He also said that Sharia was coming first and the Constitution was coming to it. The memorandum also talks about Minister Irfan Ansari, who recently made a statement that the WAQF Amendment Act adopted by Parliament will not apply in the state.
