As part of the collaboration in the future, Indonesia and the Russian Federation are committed to strengthening the collaboration between the two countries by facilitating various achievements, such as joint film production, museum and library development, and the institutional involvement in research and archiving. Therefore, says Fadli, Kemenbud hopes to increase the collaboration with Russian cultural institutions, such as the State Hermitage Museum and Stateakov State Gallery, and investigate other fields of possible cooperation. “We welcome collaboration in various fields, including museology, conservation, curatorial practice, joint workshops and academic research,” says Fadli. As for the library, Indonesia plans to facilitate institutional involvement between each national library, with a special emphasis on the study of manuscripts and the preservation of archives. Fadli also wanted to represent the translation of the Russian book in 1925 about Indonesian national hero Tan Malaka in Indonesian. To make this happen, Fadli asked for supporting the Russian Federation to work together on the development of literature, including joint translation initiatives for classical works and composite works.
