I’m not talking much about how poorly I’m feeling, but I think it’s important for both my friends and followers to know.

I’m sleeping much of the day. I’m in both random and consistent pain all over. My brain fog won’t let up.

If I’m absent from your life, it’s not personal. I’m lucky to be able to parent Kiddo most days and don’t have much else to give.

But I love you and hold you in my heart. One day, I will have the strength to show you.
