Digital Desk, New -Delhi. The wall of Dargah Sharif Patt Shah collapsed behind Humayun’s grave in the Nizamuddin area in Delhi at about 4:30 pm on Friday. Six people died after being pressed into the wreckage of the wall. The dead are four women and two men. The remaining four people undergo treatment in AIIMS and RML Hospital. Once the information of the wall fell, Delhi’s fire service first showed up on the spot. After which rescue work was reinforced. Officials have on the spot that 10 to 12 people can be stranded in the rubble. After which five fire vehicles were called and the police also immediately reached the place. The NDRF team was also notified of the accident. Rescue work gained momentum with NDRF coming to the spot. The NDRF took ten people one after another in the rubble and everyone was sent to the hospital. In addition, the dog group was called on the spot and it was comforted that no one else was hidden under the rubble of the wall. The team stopped the rescue operation after being satisfied with no one under the rubble. Nine of the injured were included in AIIMS and one to RML. Four women were included in Aiims and Da Purushhe died. Four injured are currently undergoing treatment. Divisional Fire Officer Mukesh Sharma said ten people were evacuated from the place, nine of whom Aiims trauma center and one from one RML were recorded. Six people recognized to AIIMs were reported dead.
