Anurag Kashyap, complained advocate by commenting on a specific cupboards
Mumbai, April 18 (IANS). Film director Anurag Kashyap is once again engulfed in controversies. This time, the matter is related to immoral remarks on a specific cabinets. Legal action is now being claimed against his alleged remarks on social media. Advocate Ashutosh Dubey wrote a letter to the Mumbai Police Commissioner in this regard demanding a case against Anurag Kashyap. Dubey says that the remark of Anurag Kashyap is derogatory, inflammatory and spreading hatred in society, which cannot be accepted under any circumstances. According to the complaint, Anurag Kashyap made ‘immoral’ remarks on Brahmins on Instagram. Advocate Dubey says that this statement is not only immoral and abusive, but that it will attract hatred and malice to a specific community. Dubey claims that the remarks of Kashyap violate the basic spirit of the Indian Constitution and under the category of culpable offense falls under various divisions of the Code of Justice of India (BNS). He said that as a public person, it is the moral responsibility of Anurag Kashyap to maintain social harmony with his words, not to offend a community. Dubey requested Mumbai police to quickly take note of this alleged disgusting remark and a fir should be registered under the relevant parts of BNS. Appropriate legal action must also be ensured by investigating the matter deeply. There is currently no official response from Anurag Kashyap all over this. This is not the first time Anurag Kashyap has come to controversy over his statements.
