AI-based education initiative has improved the results in Tonk government schools
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Based Initiative “Study with AI”, launched to help students in difficult subjects, increased the benefits of digital learning and improved the results of government schools in the Tonk district Rajasthan. In the first academic session of its implementation, 95% of the secondary students with good marks passed. This initiative helped students struggle with difficult subjects, especially mathematics to solve questions from their textbooks and practice new questions from similar patterns. Digital learning has combined technology with education through a dedicated web portal, including remedial practice, exercise and individual education. Tonk Collector Soumya Jha found an AI-based solution after realizing the challenges in performing students during his field visit of schools in the district south of Jaipur. Ms. JHA died with teachers to identify fear and anxiety about mathematics as an important factor affecting students. “We started the ‘study with AI’ program with a web portal and set up a detailed action plan for three months in the 10th class academic session, target for 2025,” said Ms. Jha told the Hindu. A total of 351 government schools were selected for this initiative. After the result was declared in “Improvement in Mathematics” in May, it was found that the percentage of students who passed in Tonk was higher than the average of the state. The number of students who passed the first class also increased by 5%. Mrs. Jha said: “The performance in math had an impressive refusal, which used to be a terrible topic for children.” Share this story -tags
