Madhya Pradesh's Health Department suspended the hospital's license at Damoh
The Department of Health of Madhya Pradesh suspended the license of Mission Hospital in Damoh on Wednesday, where ‘false’ cardiologist Narendra Yadav Alias Narendra John Cam did unauthorized surgery of patients. Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) of Damoh district Mukesh Jain said that the hospital’s license ended on March 31, 2025 and that management applied for renewal in December last year. He said that after some shortcomings were found in hospital, the application for renewal was returned to management. Jain said the hospital was asked to return within seven days of removing the shortcomings. “The hospital failed to enter the application within the appointed time,” he told reporters.
