Abdul Wahab Khan, president of the Advocate Association, sent a memorandum for this to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and the Minister of Legislation Mohammad Akbar. It is known that there are about 4,000 registered advocates in the Supreme Court. During the construction of the Supreme Court building, only 200 rooms were built in the building built for advocates. The rooms are very low according to the increasing number of advocates over time. At present, new registered advocates in particular have to experience many problems due to a lack of room. Many senior advocates who regularly practice in the Supreme Court were also not provided with a room. As a result, they have many problems. Hundreds of advocates, who regularly advocate in the Supreme Court, must have a lot of inconvenience and problems with the completion of court works. While the Supreme Court Administration was also approved for construction in 150 additional new room’s second floor. Even after the approval of the Supreme Court Administration, the amount was not approved by the Government of Chhattisgarh for the construction of the room, allowing the operation of rooms not to start.
