Assam chief minister attacked Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case

Guwahati, April 17 (IANS). The Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, attacked the leader of Congress Rahul Gandhi after the maintenance directorate (ED) presented the charge sheet. Sarma accuses Rahul Gandhi of involvement in the activity of corruption and fraud in the National Herald newspaper. He said: “After the company was fraudulently acquired by the Gandhi family, the assets of the business suddenly increased from only Rs 50 lakh to Rs 2,000 crore. In addition, the company was made under Article 9 of the Companies Registration Act, in which it was mandatory that no one would earn from it. He said: “Workers of Congress performed protests today against the ED’s charge magazine in many places, but these poor people do not know that their leaders Rahul Gandhi is involved in deep corruption.
