Here is a regional-wise summary of the latest rainfall forecasts: East and Central India in East and Central India are exceptionally heavy rainfall (more than 20 cm in 24 hours) expected at isolated places in Jharkhand (June 29-30) and Odisha (June 29). Isolated heavy rainfall is also probably about Jharkhand, Odisha, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh until July 5, with very heavy rainfall in certain areas during specific days. Thunderstorms, lightning and windy winds (30-40 km / h) are likely to accompany the rainfall. Northwestern -India in the North West -India isolated heavy rainfall in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh until July 5, with similar patterns expected in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Rajasthan. Very heavy rainfall will be in Uttarakhand (June 29 – July 3), parts of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana (June 29 – 30), and on certain days on certain days. Monsoon Update The southwest of the monsoon advanced to the remaining parts of Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Delhi fully covered, and thus completed his progress across the country nine days before the normal date of July 8.
