During the proceedings of a written petition, a Bank of Justice Shekhar B. Saraf and Justice Vipin Chandra Dixit said: “The child and mother of the child have been of different religions and have been living together since 2018.” “The child is currently one year and four months old. We think the parents, who are adults, are entitled to live together, even if they are not married,” the court said in his recent order. After the death of her husband, the biological mother of the child began to live with the biological father. However, he began receiving threats from his former Laws. The parents of the child claimed that the police were not ready to register a fir against the accused and were humiliated when they attempted a complaint. In response, the court ordered the Superintendent of Sambhal police that if the parents had a complaint, a fir at the Chandausi police station should be filed. The court also ordered the SP to determine if there is a need to protect the child and his parents by legal provisions. In terms of section 226 of the Constitution, a written petition was filed by the child by his biological parents, empowering the Supreme Court to issue a letter. Share this story -tags
