A unique and shocking case came to light in Madhubani, where administrative officials received a serious warning by the court. In fact, a notice of the court in the Collector and SP office site of Madhubani was pasted, stating that the entire collector will be auctioned within 15 days. This notice was issued for failure in accordance with the order issued by Justice Ghanshyam Prasad of the then High Court. What is the case? The case was between Messrs. Radha Krishna Exports Private Limited Company Director Ratan Kumar Kedia vs Pandoul Cooperative Suta Mill, between Bihar and others. The order was accepted by the then Supreme Court Judge Ghanshyam Prasad on August 20, 2014. In terms of this order, Radha Krishna Exports Private Limited was ordered to pay prepayment of Rs 28 Lakh 90 thousand 168, compensation of Rs 2 Lakh, Rs 70 thousand case expenses and one lakh 80 thousand rupees as arbitrary fees. Due to administrative neglect, according to Advocate Varun Kumar Jha, despite this order, the administration did not follow it in time, causing a strong response to the court. The result of ignoring the court order was that a notice of the collector auction was issued. This raises a great question about administrative neglect and disregard for the court order. The court’s warning to face justice has taken strict steps and warned the administration that they will not only face legal consequences in the event that the court orders are disregarded, but that it will also cause the confidence of the general public of the administration. If this order is not implemented immediately, the order to auction the entire collector can be implemented. What will be the next step?
