The journalist Rami Radwan commented on the recent decision of the government to increase the prices of gasoline and diesel, reviewing the reality of citizens in light of these increases.

Radwan began his speech on his Facebook page, saying: “The government has met the time is strong to increase gasoline prices, at the time of the people, he is busy visiting Macron and his tour with the president, and the issue of Zizou’s transfer between Al -Ahly and Zamalek, and are bound to renew the contract of Mohamed Salah.”

Radwan stressed that the government benefited from the “appropriate time” in which attention was distracted on many topics, but in return, it ignored the most important issue for citizens, which is the ability to bear the increase in fuel prices.

He said: “People will not be able to meet money, and our real question is: People will answer where?”

Then the journalist dealt with his post a simple comparison between gasoline prices in 2014 and his current price in 2025, to show the big difference that reached 1750%, indicating that this number is not “natural” and requires the government to consider its effects on citizens, especially since the increase in the minimum wage did not keep pace with this increase adequately.

Radwan ended his post with a bitter question: “O government … people will make a coffee when?”, Calling on the government to have mercy on citizens, and surprisingly from not taking into account the difficult economic conditions that many live.
