A fantastic rise for hotel apartments in Egypt

Egyptian Tourism Minister Sherif Fathi said the ministry had received many requests to obtain the licenses of hotel apartments, either some of the owners of the hotel rooms or the owners of the apartments they wanted to convert into hotel apartments so they could deal with tourists. During his response to a question to Al -Sharq, on the sidelines of a press conference, he explained to announce the launch of the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities for the Electronic Training Platform in Cairo, that the ministry has easy conditions for obtaining a hotel apartment licenses, pointing out that the ministry will create two different types of licenses in the future. Fathi said that the energy of the hotel rooms has increased by more than 5 thousand rooms in the first five months since the beginning of 2025, and noted that the target for the number of foreign tourists visiting Egypt this year is 18 million tourists.
