Make tuppa dosa easy at home

Food Tuppa dosa tuppa dosa is also called at home butter dosa. You can easily make this bright, golden dosa at your home. Ingredients 1 cup rice, 1/4 cup urad dal, 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, water, salt and butter. Wash rice, Urad Dal and fenugreek seeds were thoroughly washed and soaked in water for 4-6 hours or overnight. This will help grind the batter and the dosa will become soft and bright. After the week, filter the rice and lens well and place it in the grinding machine. Now add water to it and grind the batter well. The batter must be thick and smooth. Take out the batter in a large pot and cover it for 8-12 hours to get up. If the yeast rises, the batter will be slightly acidic and double. After the yeast gets up, mix the batter lightly. Heat a non -stick -free grill on medium heat. When the grill is warm, add a Laddus batter and grease it and thin with the back plate. Put a good amount of butter over the dosa. Let the dosa cook until its edge turns golden and bright. Tuppa dosa is usually served without turning its brittle texture. If the dosa becomes bright and golden, bend it and serve it immediately.
