As a result, he applied for the loan. The accused offered a loan to the person according to the need, but the condition was that if they wanted to approve the loan, they would have to take an insurance policy. After the insurance policy was issued, the complainant was motivated to transfer money to the pretext of different fees to sanction the loan amount and thus cheated on Rs 14 lakh of the complainant. The person received no loan. The official said the police made a strategy to investigate the case. A team was deployed to find out money transactions through different accounts and wallets, while another team had the task of performing technical checks through available mobile numbers. With the efforts of both teams, the location of accused to Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Northeast Delhi was spotted. Along with the investigation at ground level, the accused were found in further technical investigation. The policy team arrested Delhi-NCR and Mohit on December 26 of his hiding place. I-20 car, a laptop, five cell phones, different passbooks, checkbooks and debit/credit cards were recovered from Mohit. The team was taken by Mohit to his colleague Prem Singh, who was arrested from Faridabad. During interrogation, both the accused revealed that they were first associated with Faisal, the most important accused living in Seelampur. Police arrested Faisal, the most important accused on December 27, when he came out of his office in Sector-59 in Noida. The official said he found during the questioning of Faisal that he worked with accused Mohit at the Call Center-Hexer Insurance Private Limited in Sector 59, Noida and offers insurance policies of various major insurance companies, including Max, Birla Sunlife, etc. After this, the policy team reached the call center and seized 170 cell phones of the locker room and other places. Some registers and other offensive documents were also recovered from the suspicion of the victims.
