File Photo Vineet Tripathi, New -Delhi. The Delhi High Court raised serious questions about corruption prevailing in the country’s top investigations such as CBI and ED. The Delhi High Court made a strong remark about the global operation of the investigative agencies, and sent three officers arrested on two days CBI detention for bribery demanding bribes from the complainant claiming he had settled the case. A Bank of Justice Neeta Bansal Krishna said there is a unique case of corruption prevailing in CBI, ED and other government departments, which shook the entire structure of our executive and investigation system, while the primary responsibility of these agencies must investigate the crime and punish the culprits. The court said the claims made in the complaint show that it is not a case of corruption by a government official, but that it reflects a major conspiracy among officers of different departments. The court said the accused was taking bribes to provide the party concerned with an unfair advantage and to influence and intervene in the operation of government departments. The court said the denial of the police’s supervision impeded fair and effective investigation and ended the right to question the investigative agency. The court made the above remarks on the CBI appeal request, which disputed the decision of the trial court to refuse to send the accused on correction. The accused is discussed under section 61 (2) (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Criminal Act (BNS) as well as section 7 (crime related to bribery to civil servant), Article 7A (to improve the impressive civil servants in corrupt or illegal ways), Article 12 (penalty for the cause of crimes). After the court listened to all the parties, the court found that the entire case in the light of the facts presented was related to widespread corruption in government agencies, and that conservation should highlight the conspiracy between the bribes taking. The court ignored the facts: The CBI CBI oversaw the accused, saying that the facts related to the case show a major conspiracy in various departments and agencies. However, the trial court ignored the important facts and physical evidence in the investigation. At the same time, the accused argued that the CBI was demanding supervision to come from the confession of them. According to the accused petition that caught Red -hand bribes, complainant Himanshu Nanavati made a complaint on April 8, 2025 while he was an accused in another case. The CBI investigated the said case. According to the complaint, accused Avnish Kumar introduced himself to another CBI officer Anil Tanwar and called himself a CBI officer. Avnish said that Anil Tanwar would solve his case and be a bribe of Rs 50 Lakh in return. The conversation was established between the two for Rs 35 Lakh and Anil Tanwar asked the complainant to stay in contact with Avnish. Avnish introduced the complainant to another CBI officer Ramesh Kumar, who sought a bribe of Rs 10 Lakh from him. The complainant made a complaint with the CBI headquarters and prima facie, the CBI, which was found to be correct with the verification of the complaint, accused Avnish Red caught up with a well -planned preparation with a bribery of Rs 3.5 lakh of the accused Anil Tanwar. After this, on April 9, 2025, accused Ramesh was arrested. During the investigation, the identity cards of CBI, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Haryana State Developers were recovered from the accused Avnish. The CBI said there was a need to interrogate the accused and question them.
