Article-163 applicable in Ghaziabad from April 3 to May 18, strict orders issued

Ghaziabad, April 3 (IANS). The administration has taken strict measures to maintain peace in the commissioner in the light of the upcoming festivals, investigations and various political social events in Ghaziabad. Additional police commissioner (crime and headquarters) issued an order to execute prohibition orders under Article-163, BNSS. This order will be effective with immediate effect until midnight of May 18. The Ghaziabad Administration informed that Ram Navami on April 6, Mahavir Jayanti, on April 10, dr. At the same time, no owner of the petrol pump petrol or diesel will sell in any vessel other than the vehicle. Hotel and Dharamshala owners may not accommodate anyone without an identity card. Strict legal action will be taken on messages, posts and publications that damage social sentiments on social media. During the investigation, the enrollment and photocopy/scanner stores of outsiders will remain closed in a 200-meter radius. No person will consume alcohol or drugs in public places. Shooting of drone cameras around government offices and other public places will be banned. Ghaziabad police have made it clear that strict steps will be taken against those who violate the prohibition orders under Article 223 of the Indian Justice Code.
