Why did the dispute happen? This incident is from a roasted toll plaza on the Meerut Karnal highway. The victim is a resident of Gotka Village under the Sarurpur police station of Kapil Meerut. He is a soldier in the Indian army and is currently being placed in Srinagar. Kapil was back on duty on Sunday night after spending a holiday out of his home. He had a flight to Srinagar on Monday morning at 05:00. Due to a long jam at the fried toll plaza (Sarurpur), he had to leave early, whereby he stood in line with toll officials and protested and told him his problem. The toll staff then took a toll from him. What did the victim say to the young man? Kapil says he showed his army card and said he was a local resident and an army soldier.
