The accused sentenced the accused to life imprisonment in Bareilly. The Court of Special Judge Devashish of the Poxo Act sentenced Farpressh, convicted of a village in the Hafizganj police station, was sentenced to a fine of Rs 20,000 with life imprisonment. During the trial of the hearing, the victim, her mother’s and the other two witnesses were withdrawn by their statement, which seemed to have weakened. But the DNA report overturned the decision. The biological substance found on the victim’s clothing was linked to the DNA of the accused Farooq, which in the case was a decisive proof. The court, although sentenced to life imprisonment, ordered the state government to give a remuneration amount of 25 thousand rupes to the victim.
