According to Himmat Singh, these instructions against the procedures of the previous order letter number of Haryana, which were dated on January 20, 1988, whereby the validity of any selection process is limited to a maximum of one year. The ‘very statutory basis of the second list’ cannot be released after a one -year period. A legal opinion was also obtained in the case, in which it was made clear that when the selection result and the waiting list have already been released, there is no legal basis after years to release a second waiting list. The chairman said that in various decisions of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court it was repeated that the validity of the waiting list is limited and that the appointments from the notice will be considered against the rules and illegally. In light of these facts, it is clear that there is no legal or administrative justification for issuing a second waiting list in this recruitment arranged by the Commission under advertising number 12/2019. Some candidates have filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court on this topic, and now the court’s decision is awaited in this case.
