Gujarat ATS arrested Shama Parveen from Bangalore, accused of being associated with terrorist organization

The Gujarat Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) arrested a woman named Shama Parveen from a rented home in Bengaluru. Investigation revealed that Shama is a resident of the Coda district of Jharkhand, but that he has lived in Bengaluru for the past few years. According to Gujarat ATS, Shama Parveen worked to broadcast the terrorist ideology and worked through social media for the terrorist organization Al Qaeda in Indian Subcontinent (ISIS). The ATS team constantly monitored Shama and started the action when he found evidence of suspicious activities. After the arrest of Shama, Jharkhand’s case came to light to join the terrorist network wires, causing a stir under the security agencies. There are several allegations related to terrorism against Shama, and have been handed over to security agencies for questioning. The Gujarat ATS, while investigating Shama’s social media accounts, found out that it was involved in promoting the terrorist organization by providing social media and youth to terrorism.
