The Egyptian "Al -Safi" invests 80 million dollars in the production of "Xiaomi" products locally

The Egyptian advanced company, “Al -Safi”, pumped $ 80 million in its complex in Egypt, specializing in the production of Chinese branding devices “Xiaomi”, which annually brings its productive capacity to 10 million cell phones and 500 TV screens, while in the coming period more investments, according to the general manager of the complex. He explained in an interview with “Al -Sharq” that the company intends to take advantage of the commercial agreements signed between Egypt and countries in the Middle East, the Maghreb, Africa and Europe to export its products to these markets. Adel notes that the decision of the National Communications Regulatory Agency to impose a tax on the phones received from abroad this year increased the local demand for the production of the company, which led him to double its productive capacity during the current year.
