However, the demand for investors exceeded expectations, with the total applications reaching 79,88,227 shares – 1.8 times the original expense size. In the comments on the overwhelming response, Vipul P. Shah, managing director of Vipul Organics, expressed thanks to shareholders, saying: ‘We were overwhelmed by the shareholders’ response to our rights. Despite challenging market conditions, our investors’ belief in the company has led to an 80% order. On March 10, 2025, Vipul Organics drew up as the record date for the rights issue, with shares allocated in a 1: 3 ratio-and new shares for every three full-fledged shares held. The issue was opened on March 21, 2025 and closed on April 2, 2025. Prices for rights issues in light of the prevailing market conditions, Vipul Organics has reduced the price of real -hand issues to £ 46 per share, lower than the earlier announced £ 54 per share. The move aimed to make the issue more attractive to shareholders, ensuring better participation and capital mobilization. Despite the price review, the overwhelming subscription indicates strong investor confidence in the company’s long -term prospects.
