Agus explained that President Prabowo Subianto targeted 100 people’s schools every year. Right now, it is continuing for the construction of permanent people’s schools whose land is proposed by the regional government. However, Agus emphasized that the proposed land must be certified and owned by the regional government. “The land must be in accordance with the government, the status is owned by the government and accompanied by a certificate,” he said. To follow up the People’s School program, the Ministry of Social Affairs forms a task force (task force) with related ministries and institutions. “The first curriculum task force and teacher is the Ministry of Research and Development, the second is the facilities and infrastructure task force, the Ministry of Public Works and Safety, the third student task force is the Ministry of Social Affairs,” Agus said. He also emphasized that students and teachers for teachers should be in line with domicile. “The (student) must come from Lhokseumaa, the teacher must come from there,” he said. “Because it is for poor people, the teacher must at least also have special characters, they cannot be carefree, they must have empathy,” he concluded.
