2 Teens Charged in Hate Crime Attack at CarpeNtersville McDonald’s – ryan

An elgin man and a teen are accused of attaching a Woman at a carpenterSville mcdonald’s, al The sexual orientation.

The Woman, Whose Age Wasn’t releassed, was at the Fast Food Restaurant May 13 in the 1600 Block of South Kennedy Drive Wen the Two Teens Struck and Kocked Her in the Head and Body, the Kane County’s Attorney’s Office Said.

Officials Said the Woman sufferered great bodily harm, but did not specify the natural of her injuries or condition.

John Mr. Kammrad, 19, and a 16-Yaar-Old Boy Are Charged with Felony Counts of Committing a Hate Crime, Mob Action, and Three Counts of Aggravated Battery. During the Attack, the two suspects allegatedly used a slur regarding the Victim’s Sexual Orientation.

Kammrad is jailed in dupage county on separate charges, the state’s states office Said. His Next Court Date in the Hate Case case is june 27.

“Everyone deserves to fall safe in public spaces, and no one should be attached toir gender identity or sexual orientation, as is allegated in this case,” Kane County’s Jamie Moser Said in a Statement.
