Another amazing collab. Our corned beef sammies on grilled homemade pepperoni bread.

“The love of food is something that most of us around the world share and let me tell you from one side of the world to the other Christine and I share this regularly.
Corned beef coated with @aussie_qbbq Oz dirt and smoked with oak for a couple of hours and then generously lathered in a combination of American and Dijon mustard, with another coat of Oz Dirt then foiled and back into the weber for another 4 hours till it hit an internal temperature of 203°f .
I then rested in the esky with my trusty bbq blanket .
I let it cool and refrigerated overnight and sliced .
Meanwhile I baked a loaf of pepperoni and mozzarella bread.
This was all from Christine’s mind and I mirrored her masterpiece.
Served with a side of red cabbage salad and some pickles.
This was an incredible sharing experience and let me tell you there will be plenty more of these to come in the future ❤️

Another amazing collaboration with @langy9. Steps my game up. It brings joy to my kitchen, and really adds that ingredient all cooks know is the real umami. Love, in each plate.
Only thing to add is my corned beef was baked, slathered in the same seasonings (that Oz Dirt is the Chef’s Kiss!) sealed tight in foil. Baked at 325°, one hour each pound.
